Dreams - Dundee

This is the third time we shopped at Dreams. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help and be kind. Amazing sales staff and good quality products. Please keep it up and reward the Dundee Branch for never disappointing.

Found buying a new mattress a bit daunting but the sales man was excellent. Didn’t push for the sale but took time to get the right product for us. Gave us time to make decisions and offered us invaluable advise. He was attentive without being intrusive. I felt he really wanted us to get the right product rather than make the sale.

The staff were very good with us and made us feel relaxed and was pointed quickly to the right bed for us. We had a great bit of banter with them too

Dean approached us offering us help. He knew what he was talking about, he explained the various products (mattresses and beds) very well. We trust him. He was very approachable and friendly. Please convey our praises to Dean. Many thanks.

Entered store, was acknowledged but not hounded, had a nice level of approach from the sales person, had a quick browse and decided to go browse another store sales assistant accepted this, we came back because there was better choice, sales assistant thanked us for returning, and then we said we were interested in a frame and he set us up with the dreams sleep match, he offered us water as we waited on the machine loading, talked us through the process, came back and gave me a pillow (which I ended up purchasing) and then showed me the selection of beds I’d be matched with and gave us our space while we tried! This was particularly nice as it felt like our choice mattered and like we weren’t being hounded! We made our selection and he took us other to the pay desk, offered us all hot drinks and we started the pay process, he explained everything calmly accurately and professionally, and I never felt like he just wanted the sale he genuinely took my views into account! Overall we all left thinking the process was really easy and we’re chuffed with the service and professionalism and product knowledge!

We were very well looked after from the moment we stepped into the store until the moment we left.

From the time we entered Dreams at Dundee your employee Russell was attentive helpful very knowledgeable and made our visit a pleasure. We will definitely return to this store and recommend it to our friends and family. The store was very clean and conscious of our safety.
