The sales person was very knowledgeable and made us feel very very welcome. Talked us through all the stages and allowed us to try out lots of aspects which was excellent and very appreciated. He also took time out to entertain my 6 year old son who was running out of patience. He also offered us drinks to ensure we were comfortable. Excellent experience

From the minute we stepped in the store we were attended to by staff in a friendly, helpful but non-pushy way. They helped us use the specialist machine to find a selection of mattresses suitable for us to try and showed us around them, but equally gave us plenty of time to test them without a staff member hovering over us. As we slowly discarded choices, we were given plenty of information about the products, delivery times, payment options etc but there was no 'hard sell'. We left the store to think about it and again there was no attempt to keep us there to try to persuade us to buy on the spot, just some helpful leaflets and a contact telephone number in case we had any questions.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable and professional

Staff member gave us just the right amount of guidance and time, and allowed time on our own to discuss the information he had given. He understood our requirements quickly, and showed us appropriate options. He processed our purchase quickly and efficiently and at all times took suitable Covid precautions.

We were attended to by Grant who took time to discuss what was required and he was very knowledgeable about the products and options.
