We were seen to quickly, treated as people not just customers and talked through our options clearly

I was shopping with my elderly mother and all staff were extremely kind and patient with us and her needs. She was very happy with the service she received, so much so we ordered 2 mattresses.

Friendly staff & the mattress guidance machine was very helpful for us in deciding what kindness of mattress to get.

A sales assistant was with us within a minute of being in the store (but not immediately, which was nice). The magic sleep preference machine thing was cool, and really helped narrow down our choices, therfore speeding up the process. We were never pushed into spending money we didn't want to spend, really relaxed atmosphere.

The advisor Dean at the Dundee store was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. If was pushy I would walk straight out. Dean gave us all assistance we needed and advised us on products instore and use of sleep generator I think it was was really beneficial. A pleasant experience instore. Thanks Dreams and of course Dean.

Russell that assisted us was very helpful we were shopping for a bed for my son and he took the time to explain all the different mattresses etc.

I am highly satisfied with the service I received from the customer advisor within the store. He was very patient, polite and friendly with me and answered all of my questions regarding the product I was interested in. I found the staff to be very polite and friendly. Everything was explained to me and if I had any questions the customer advisor answered them for me. I would shop here again
