Very good experience lots of good information on types of beds and mattresses and Mateus helped me pick a bed which could be delivered quickly which was my main issue resolved!

The assistant knew what he was talking about, and was friendly and polite.The store was well stocked and tidy.We were offered beverages which was a nice touch.

Dean our salesman was very knowledgable curtious Friendly. He was also very patient with us. We also found the rest of the staff very friendly everyone acknowledged us. Fantastic to see and receive great customer service. Well done Dean and also his Manager came over to thank us for our business brilliant touch.

The store and the selection of mattresses available were nice but what really made our visit stand out was the service and attention we received from Stewart (I never got his last name). He was knowledgeable, forthright, friendly, accommodating and more than patient while I hummed and hawed over making a decision. We will likely need an additional mattress in the future and when that time comes I intend to speak to Stewart directly.

Start to finish Tommy explained which bed would suit us also the component of each bed he was very knowledgeable about each bed he left us to try the beds and make up our minds
