I found choice of goods in store very good. The shop assistant was very professional and knowledgeable about the products which he was selling. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to family and friends.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable, he listened to my needs and recommended the best way forward which included the automated assessment of my lying position. What is really important to me is that there was no hard sell. He listened, provided potential options and then left me to it to allow me the time to make a decision. I think he was the primary reason for me purchasing that mattress and I believe he's an asset to your company.

Everyone was kind and followed through with COVID procedures.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful as well as very knowledgeable about the products. I never felt under any pressure to make a purchase and was given plenty of time to try the different mattresses. I was also offered a bottle of water as well as a cup of tea.

The person dealing with my purchase was very helpful,had great knowledge of the products I was buying and made the visit a pleasure,he even made me a coffee while I was waiting for my sister to complete her purchase.

We had been looking for a wooden frame for a bed for a while and we had been to other retailers before coming to dreams, to see what our options were. When walking into other retailers we were pounced on straight away which made us feel very uncomfortable. Stewart on the other hand asked if we needed any help, we said we were just looking and he said if we needed anything to let him know and he left us to it. We noticed that there were not many wooden frames on show so Stewart took the time to go online and see what else he could offer and that is where we saw the perfect frame. There was no pressure from Stewart to purchase anything additional or that we really did not want, he was extremly friendly and helpful and we managed to get exactly what we wanted thanks to his help!!
