Dreams - Dundee

I visited the Dundee store and the sales assistant Scott offered his assistance as soon as we entered the store. I recently just got my first flat and this is a first for me buying everything for a home. He was very helpful and practiced good covid hygiene. He showed me multiple beds and was able to give a full description of each and how they would aid my sleep. Along with a mattress he sold me 2 tempur pillows, mattress protector and a duvet! I was only in for a look to see what kind of mattress I was after. I was so happy with my purchase and the experience was 10/10.

Stewart was extremely helpful, knowledgable and patient. He took time to understand what we were looking for and arranged a small discount when the mattress we chose was more than twice the price of the one we had come in to view. Another member of staff good naturedly cleaned up after us as we moved from bed to bed then back to the one we eventually chose. When I expressed disappointment at the delivery time of our purchase Stewart said he'd try to get us an earlier date (but couldn't promise) and we received a phone call today with a much earlier delivery date. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured.

Sales assistant friendly and helpful. We were left to try the beds out in private and the salesman returned when we needed him. It didn’t take as long to find a mattress as I thought it would.

We knew what we were looking for, but staff very helpful.

Our experience of buying a bed at this store was easy and straight forward. It was made easier by having a helpful staff member to guide us through the process.
