I bought my first, for me mattress and I was so clueless to say the least on what I needed but thanks to my sales advisor Scott who walked me through every bit of my decision making. He explained in detail what I needed to know about the mattress plus I got to use the sleep match machine which was pretty cool and I also scored what can only be described as the best pillow again thanks to Scott who knew what I needed I left the shop one happy girl excited for my new mattress to arrive. Great service all round.

Dean made us at ease from the minute we walked into the store. Very kind and well presented, not pushy for our sale. Could answer all my questions and queries. Delivery was faster than we expected also.

The staff member asked the right questions, didn’t rush us, he was friendly and polite and spoke to my daughters to find out what they wanted.

Once we had decided what we wanted it was easy to discuss options with the salesperson and complete the sale

We felt that the assistant was highly knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for.

From the minute we walked in we had excellent customer service by all staff, but especially Dean. He was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and had lots of product knowledge. He was also very complementary about the company Dreams and gave a brilliant account of how he’d been treated as a fairly new employee. Bravo Dreams for ensuring an amazing customer and employee experience. Dean deserves a spot bonus for the value to your employee brand.
