Tommy got quickly to grips with what I wanted and showed me the options available. He explained the benefits of the various products and the finishes available on each. There was no pressure and I called back two days later to take up the quote that he had prepared,

Russell at Dreams Kingsway West was great. The perfect salesman, who was knowledgable and listened carefully to us, but was never pushy or overwhelming. We had actually just "popped in for a look" and hadn't intended to buy on the day in question, but we hadn't realised the finance options and sale prices that were on offer. We are a young couple and have only ever owned beds and mattresses secondhand, so the help from Russell and the info around the store was fab.

We came into the store a few weeks ago for a quick browse and had a small chat with Umar Aziz who gave us a general overview of the mattresses. When we came back in the other day to purchase a mattress he remembered us and was very helpful in helping us select a product. He offered us a drink and helped us by making use of the SleepMatch machine, to ensure we would be getting a mattress we would like. Umar was great at explaining the different type of mattresses and what to expect with each one. We are very happy with out purchase, thanks Umar!
