I went twice 1st time on my own and 2nd time with my husband on both occasions I spoke to Russell and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was happy to go back over what he told me the days before so my husband also understood.

We were very impressed with the understanding of shopping with children. We had a 2 year old a 6 year with us but Stewart was extremely understanding.

The staff member (Dean) was very helpful and listened to our requirements then matched Dreams products, he wasn't pushy and left us at times to discuss in private. We left the shop to discuss it then came back later and he returned from his lunch early to go back through our order. Great service
