Tommy was very friendly and knew his stuff. Made the process very easy. The bed selection tehnology was also very impressive.

all the assistant's were very pleasant, helpful and informative the shop had a good selection to choose from and the salesman that helped us complete our purchase was very good and found the best deal for us.

When entering the store at Kingsway Park, Dundee, looking confused I was approached by the wonderful Tommy. He immediatly suggested that I use the SleepMatch machine, which he gave a brief but consise breakdown and left me for the few minutes for it to do it's magic, while leaving he offered my partner who was waiting a tea/coffee which was lovely also. He then walked me throught the suggested options and let me test some and told me about them including benefits etc... He clearly was experienced and was aware of what was what. He made what would usually be a daunting task, infact I wasnt planning on buying a mattress that day, or even in person, and he made the experience super simple and calming.

Umar was very knowledgeable about the products and was very understanding of my impairment, he helped me personalize my bed to my needs and was really patient with me! Overall, really friendly staff who made the experience very pleasant for me.

Having not purchased a mattress for over 8 years my wife and I were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of mattresses on sale however. Thankfully for us the store was quiet at the time we were there. My wife has Aphonia and struggles with communication with other people but Dean came to our rescue. With understanding and patience he explained about the mattress machine and we were hooked. We were able to have the choices narrowed to 8. He showed and explained each of the mattresses in depth and left us to peruse each one, keeping an eye on us and coming over answer any queries we had when needed. In the end we made our choice (which was more than we expected to pay) and we were very happy with the whole experience.
