The staff were very helpful and friendly and staff new what they were talking about

Tommy was very informative and fitted us to be bed we required. Nik had to help as the money we had been given was from my husbands work and it caused lots of issues at our side, Nik was great and very patient and kept us up to date every step of the way. What an amazing team, they went above and beyond to help is!

Always someone on hand to assist offering refreshments and assistance to pick the correct mattress with aid of machine and knowledge of products.

Tommy who was attending to us made us happy with his service. He explained about the mattress and how important it is to get the right one. He new we had a budget and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive in the store. He offered us coffee tea or water which was great because it was hot and we were thirsty. He was polite and new what he was talking about. We only came in for a look but ended up buying 2 single beds and 2 mattresses and 2 mattress protectors. So yes very happy with service.

Tommy the consultant was very informative and tended to our needs nothing was too much trouble and he gave us space to decide what was the best offer for us. Great service and we would recommend this store ti our family and friends.

The advisor went over and above getting the sample colour to compare to others in store as the bed we bought was not on display. He Measured the beds height to show us compared to other beds in store. We did not feel rushed we were able to discuss and then return to the shop for purchasing.

From the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome but not under any pressure. The salesman asked about our needs and budget and suggested mattresses that were suitable
