The assistant not only was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but she was very charming and did the whole transaction very pleasing. Great experience. The atmosphere in the shop was perfect. I appreciated the fact that drinking water was offered although we did not needed at the time.

Greeted on arrival. Offered tea or coffee. Given bottle of water. Got the product I wanted. Got the delivery slot I wanted. Offered return of produce for 40 days if not happy.

I am very happy when visiting west Ealing Dreams branch , Nicely treated by staff called (Muna) she was really helpful with our Mattress demand , and we are very happy with the service been offered .

The shop assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt well assisted from the moment we walked into the store. The confusion and stress I was expecting to be involved in purchasing a bed did not occur. I would definitely purchase additional beds from Dreams.

I had a really great experience at this store. The wonderful assistant that took time to help us through our purchase was absolutely fabulous she spent time making sure to explain all the differences in the products we were interested in and that everything we purchased was exactly what we required.

My husband and I are built very differently and we have never been sure as to what we exactly need with regards to a Mattress. The Mattress match machine was a new experience and the three mattresses we tried could all have been good for us.
