Evona was on hand and extremely helpful and knew her products so it was easy for her to answer our questions and set our mind at ease. She was very pleasant to talk to and she made a nice cup of coffee which was appreciated.

On entry to the shop i was welcomed which is very important to me when i am making a big purchase. I was slso given great assistance with the products i was interested in and Faisa who assisted me was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions competently.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by a very nice employee called Johnathan I told him what i was looking for. As the website said that store had that bed. He showed me the bed aswell as the specs in detail. I feel in love with the bed and he got all the paper work sorted and I was even offered a hot drink by another employee. I felt very welcomed

Jonathan was very helpful. We came to get a mattress, he was knowledgeable, gave us plenty of time to make our minds up but was also on hand to assist. Generally a very good visit

The sales assistant and the manager made sure my needs were met and went out of there way to assist me. I even got free delivery and assembly.
