Friendly staff, good knowledge and good range of products.

Both team members who dealt with my enquiry were friendly and helpful, taking time to show me several products and provide relevant product knowledge, such as explaining the materials in mattresses and how they supported the body. The service was unhurried and not too pushy. I visited several times before purchasing and each time the service was polite, pleasant and at no time did I meet with any impatience at taking time with my decision to buy. The ordering process was dealt with in a pleasant manner, and each step of the process was explained clearly. The showroom was clean and well organized and there was a good range of products available. Only one product that I showed interest in had a longish waiting time for availability, all other products were available within a relatively short time frame. Overall I was highly satisfied with the experience and felt valued as a customer. I would recommend the shop and would be happy to return.

Very friendly staff member and very helpful, and clearly explained the delivery process and exchange policy and the T&Cs The only disappointment was with the fact that Dreams only offer a 1 yr guarantee on the product, with an 8 yr guarantee requiring an extra charge of £45. Almost all other mattress manufacturers offer a multi-year guarantee as std. This almost resulted in me not progressing with the purchase of a dreams mattress

Good service attention to detail

The young woman who served me at West Ealing store, Haviana, was so lovely and helpful. She knew a lot about the products and was able to tell me about eco mattresses and how they are made. Impressive!
