Dreams - Elgin

Managed to help us with the bed we dreamt of it said currently out of stock but when we asked the store member said they would be happy to look for us and infact it was available for delivery in just over a weeks time

The advisor was very knowledgeable about the products and worked with me when trying to build the best possible package. I was very happy with the service

Friendly colleague. Listened to our needs without pressurising us. Showed us the options for mattress after being in bed with Stacey (Joanna Page). Then left us to try out the beds again to make a informed decision.

I was seen to very quickly. I knew what I was looking for so did not need assistance in choosing but once I made staff aware of what I wanted to purchase they dealt with the purchase immediately

Alan the manager at Elgin store was very friendly and catered to my mums needs let my mum experience the bed she wanted and gave us a lovely cup of coffee very satisfied and would recommend to anyone

Dawn was very helpful and advised me on what I needed once I gave her my details

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They asked me questions about my prefrences and advised I try out several different mattresses and to take my time. I never felt I was being "directed" into buying any particular item. and they gave me space to make up my own min. own mind.

Both members of staff were friendly and knowledgeable
