A lot of products on show found exactly what we were looking for.

James was really helpful and explained the different products in a way that made sense to us and helped in our choice of mattress, surprising for a northfield cheil

Couldn't be happier with level of service I received at your Elgin store.Your assistant was spot on approached me asked politely if she could help and let me browse a short while and then advised me on anything I asked. I had been a previous customer so I was looking for something similar so she went looked up the system and found my details and we were then able to concentrate more on that range which saved us quite a bit of time as I said it would be similar I wanted. She did show me other more expensive and cheaper but I had a budget so we worked around that. When completing paper I was offered tea and biscuits which I had and it was lovely. There were three of your staff in the shop and everyone of them were very pleasant and polite. It was Sarah who was assisting me with my purchase and I have to say as was with my previous purchase Sarah was very knowledgeable about your products which gave me confidence in what she was doing but more importantly gave me assurance on what I was buying. I will have no hesitation in using Dreams in Elgin again and if all your stores are of this standard I'll be happy to us any. Ps .id like to wish all the best with her pregnancy good luck

James listened to what we wanted and he has great knowledge of the different types products in the store especially the mattresses and which ones would suit our needs. He did not pressure us in to anything and let us decide what we wanted and when we wished to buy. We had already bought a single bed and mattress and a King size mattress a few years ago and decided to go back for the quality of the beds and service. James makes you feel at ease when you come into the store to look around. He is an asset to this store and company.

My experience at Dreams was enhanced by the friendliness of the assistant! Nothing was a bother to him and he was knowledgable about the product!

The Elgin store is fabulous. The man who served my mum and I was excellent. His product knowledge was great and he isreally just a lovely person. He has served me over the las 2 years with various orders and I have never as any issues. He is a credit to your company

When we walked into the store we were almost immediately greeted by a member of staff, Louise. Her methodical approach to introducing us to the various products within the store based on what we had told her that we were looking for was extremely efficient, friendly and patient, Louise had clearly listened to our brief and this made our visit easy and resulted in a sale/purchase that we had originally not intended. We came in looking for a mattress and left very happy with a bed and all the trimmings. Very pleased.
