Dreams - Elgin

Initially I was allowed to browse by myself without undue pressure by staff but when I wished to ask further questions the staff were very accommodating and came over quickly and had clear knowledge of the products. They ensured that it was my comfort that came first and not the cost of the items they were promoting and they also covered all offers which the store were promoting. I was offered a hot drink whilst checking back over the 2 mattresses which I was trying to decide over and was north made to rush the decision. A convenient date was set up for delivery and the guarantee was also reinforced at the sales. The sales assistant Louise was very knowledgeable and all the staff were friendly with their customer care.

When we entered the store the salesman, James, was hoovering (good sign - clean store). He bid us a friendly hello but didn't "pounce" on us, which was such a relief. He gave us enough time to browse before offering his help and advice. His knowledge of the products was very good and he had lots of "fun facts" to share about sleeping. He then explained the layout of the store and the different types of beds. He gave us both a tempur pillow to use and told us the price when we were lying down! It was too late by the, we were already "sold". We opted for interest free credit, which was easily set up. James' colleague, John, was also very friendly.

We are a couple.a and ania went to the store just to check the quality and hardness of the mattress, but the service LUISE so surprised us with professionalism and that although once I do not feel like a polish 100% We bought a mattress and accessories we are very satisfied.

Very happy with the Service I received from Mr James Imray. His knowledge of the products, curtiesness and patience with me went a long way to making it a pleasant experience. I will definitely be shopping at Dreams again.

Extremely good customer service

Very friendly and knowledgeable - James Imrie - assisted us and answered all questions very satisfactory. Not pushy just extremely pleasant. Offered us a hot drink and we just felt so welcome and not rushed. We will definitely shop here again and tell our friends. This experience was the best we have had in recent times.

James was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful giving us time to sample the beds and not making us feel pressured in any way.

We dealt with John the manager and he was great, he went though all the details with perfection and helped us make the right choice
