Sarah made my visit and purchase very easy and successful. Couldn't ask for more.

We were looked after by John, the Elgin Store Manager and a female colleague. They were really friendly and knowledgeable, not at all pushy. John went out of his way to bring in a different sized mattress for us to try, showed us several options, gave us time and space to discuss our needs and then let us make our own decisions. He allowed us freedom to revisit each different mattress we had tried and demonstrated his knowledge and faith in the products he was selling.

Louise was very helpfull and understood what we were asking for. She took lots of time to make sure we had the correct bed frame and mattress, tested lots of these. She was very polite. We were offered a drink within 10 minutes of being in store. Happy that she explained everything to us and answered all questions we asked. a very positive experience all round.

Walk into store to kill time, ended up buying the perfect bed. Sarah approached us quickly and offered assistance. Whilst we were only browsing, purchasing a new bed was an option for us in the future, however with the 20% sales ect, we ended up saving over £450 on our order. Sarah is an absolute star! The customer service she provided was outstanding and unbelievabley efficient. After a brief explenation of our wants and needs with a bed and matress, Sarah showed us some options which would suit ourselfs. Everything Sarah talked about was clear, and was very knowledgeable about the products she showed us. Like I said, I came in store to kill time. My girlfriend and I were originally going to get a new dog or car, but with the sales on and Sarahs fantastic customer service, why not get a new bed! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at dreams and would highly recommend dreams to anyone! Thank you Sarah, we look forward to our new bed!

Both times visiting the store, we were welcomed with a warm smile and immediately asked if we could be helped. The knowledge that the sellers know about each bed, mattress, pillow, head boards etc is outstanding. On both occasions we were asked if you would like a cup of tea or coffee. At no point did we feel rushed or pressurised into buying anything. We would highly recommend dreams to our friends and families and look forward to receiving our new bed.

I felt fully confident with the help I received at the Elgin store in choosing the correct mattress. I was also very impressed with the way your colleague dealt with my enquiry, I felt she fully listened to what I was looking for and took into account the price range I was willing to pay. I had already looked at another mattress in another store and was just having a wee look around. Your sales assistant convinced me that the mattress of my dreams was right there in your store.

The member of staff Louise was very knowledgable about the Dreams products, she listened to our thoughts and requirements the guided us to different products for us to choose from and advised us on the strengths and weaknesses for our needs. All in all a very pleasureable time shopping for our new mattress and associate products. We wish to thank the staff at your Elgin store for their time and politeness.
