On my first visit to Dreams of Elgin, it was Sarah who dealt with me, I really liked the professional manner in which she dealt with me, but with a very relaxed manner, she didn't make me feel as if she was trying to sell the bed to me in an over the top manner, she was just very relaxed and if anything that sold the bed to me even more. I hate pushy salespeople. I knew what I was looking for and Sarah just convinced me that what I was looking at was the bed for me. She said I would be back and I was!! James dealt with me on my return, and he was equally as friendly and professional, all in all a very good team. Would highly recommend them.

James who served us was very noligable of shop's stock and helped us make the right choice for us.He did not try and push us to a more expensive product,so was very pleased with our experience.

Friendly staff. Very thorough assistant James, who explained in depth about the products. Quick completion of order with date of delivery. Well satisfied. We arrived puzzled with the choices but left completely confident we had made the right choice for our needs.

The salesman was very helpful and pleasant without being pushy. After hearing my health issues, he guided me to 6 different mattresses which could best suit my needs and allowed me to try them out. When we had narrowed the choice down to 3, he advised me of the price differences and then left me to try them out again before making my decision. This was greatly appreciated as choosing the correct mattress it is not a decision which can be made in a hurry. Hopefully, I have chosen the correct one, but he did also advise me that if after 1 month, I was not happy with my choice I was to advise him and possibly organise an exchange - hopefully this will not be necessary! I am looking forward to receiving my mattress next Thursday.

JAMES THE SALESMANS PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS SECOND TO NONE, TRIED A DIFFERENT COMPANY BEFORE DREAMS AND THEY KNEW NOTHING.
