Sales assistants were helpful knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. Products were well laid out and prices were clearly marked. We were advised about your comfort exchange policy which finally persuaded us to go with Dreams.

when entering the store we were given enough time to browse first, then were approached to see if we needed guidance and advice on buying a product. We took up the offer of trying the beds to find out the type of mattress we desired then were told all about the various options that were available from the ranges re colours headboards divan types, styles etc. All pricing was explained about and very transparent. We were given a good amount of time to discuss ourselves and left alone to do more trying out of the different mattresses/beds. We came to a decision based on all of our needs met and payment options were clearly explained. Nice to see further 10% for ex forces. All together a pleasant experience and no undue pressure to purchase.

Very helpful staff, offered us a coffee whilst we were in the store. We were offered plenty of advice and plenty of time to try various beds but never felt under pressure to buy.

Looking for a new bed but with limited space, John was very helpful and professional. My budget wasn't by far, in the top price range but that didn't matter & I felt the service offered was exceptional.

We had a quick, easy and pleasant experience when buying our first ever new mattress. James was knowledgeable, helpful and a good salesman. He helped us get what we wanted and needed without pushing for a bigger sale which is good as I would be put off by that.

Although the store was busy, the staff were warm, freindly & helpful. They showed excellent product knowledge & didnt rush me at all in the decision making process.
