The staff were attentive, friendly helpful and courteous.

Sales person was very approachable, friendly and knowledgable. Purchase was quick and easy and delivery was much quicker than normal to our home address compared to most other bigger purchases.

James. He was very good in helping us with getting the right bed and the right mattress for myself and partner. He was very good as had my children with me. He put a film on the Tele for them to watch so we could look around plus he was very good as one of my children has autism. I would tell any of my friends to see James. Thank u to James for all his help.

From the moment we entered the store the staff member named Louise was very welcoming, kind and efficient at her job. She understood our needs perfectly and took us straight to the products which suited us. The other members of staff were also very friendly and helpful too.

First time visit to a Dreams showroom. I found the Manager, James to be exemplorary. His customer service, attention to detail and product knowledge was outstanding and he aided my search perfectly advising me on specifics without pushing me towards any chosen product. He allowed me the time to make a reasoned decision on my own, a trait not often associated with store purchases. Once the decision for purchase had been made, he dealt with finance and delivery succinctly. I honestly left that showroom a happy and more than satisfied customer.
