Staff were very professional in my needs

Very friendly staff and offered a cup of tea or coffee.

I was met by one of the assistants who gave me the information I required to search for the bed frame and mattress that would meet my needs. I was given all the time that I needed in the store without interruption. Once I had come to a decision the assistant helped me to finalise my order and arrange a delivery date that suited me.

Everything was well displayed and detailed making it very easy to understand. The assistant Jess couldn't have been more helpful and certainly knew her stuff she explained everything from start to delivery with ease and knowledge. In all a very pleasant experience and i would certainly recommend your store and if I need anything again I will shop there again.

James was an excellent employee, he gave us time to look around before asking if we required assistance. He asked questions, took time to know us and his knowledge was immense. We had previously been next door at Benson's and were not impressed with the attitude of the salesman, this team were a refreshing change.

Jess was very polite and welcoming when I entered the store. She explained the colour system of the mattresses and left me to browse the show room. After trying some of the mattresses, Jess then went into more detail on them and this gave me a better idea of what I was looking for.

John in the Elgin store was hugely helpful and was able to assist me in choosing the right bed for mycondition.

The sales assistant Jess at the Elgin branch was amazing and since my husband wanted hard mattress I wanted soft she took us through everyone until we found the perfect one very patient very helpful and listened to our needs an then rexcomended the one we both liked an bought very helpful indeed

James was excellent at explaining the various benefits regarding the Tempur Memory Foam Matress that we bought today. He has a very enthusiastic approach and clearly knows his stuff!. I'm a big advocate of purchasing through local businesss's rather than buying offline which is all too easy to do these days. And James is a good example of why we should continue to shop locally as his customer care and personal touch is something you'll never get from online ordering. Thanks

The greeting and attention from both the sales associates, James and i unfortunately forget the other gentleman's name, was unparallelled. The explanation and assistance in finding a product that worked for our situation was wonderful, and as we are incredibly indecisive people, we did not feel at all rushed or as though we were an inconvenience. i was offered a coffee while we decided what we needed. the best part for me is that they were not "salesmen", if you know what i mean. they were genuine people who were trying to help us in our unique situation and made us feel welcome and just really comfortable to be spending our money there. no pressure, no attempts to make us buy out of our price range or anything like that. we may actually be changing the product that we bought (upgrading) but have to have another couple nights sleeps to find out for sure, and they assured us that if we were not entirely happy with our choice then we are able to switch with no troubles, which is a nice piece of mind when making a larger purchase like this. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and i look forward to dealing with these guys if and when we have to upgrade our bed.
