Dreams - Elgin

We were able to walk round freely. While, after a few minutes we were approached by assistant (James) and asked if we required help, or if he could assist us in any way, he also allowed us time to browse if we wished. He explained the different types of beds available, and suggested we should take time to try out each kind, explaining the colour sequence. Once we had discovered the type of bed, firmness etc, he showed us which to look and try and left us to look at those we wished, but said to come back to him at any point. After a short time giving us time to try, discuss and talk to one another, James came over to see how we were getting on. When we made our choice, he went through the price and offers that were available with it. He was friendly, and gave us all the information we needed, answered any questions, but we did not feel pressured. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience - and we were offered a tea/coffee while we worked things through. Overall, we were very impressed, and would return if we were looking for bed/and accessories in future. Excellent.

Arrived looking for one thing. And came out with something totally different. Was satisfied to the fact we didn't go and compare elsewhere.

Quick transaction and good price, knew what we wanted before we entered store.

We had been to a few rival companies which were not satisfactory and came into Dreams expecting more or less the same, that was until we were greeted by Jess ,she invited us to browse asking if we would like a coffee which was gratefully accepted.We explained we were looking for a mattress only, Jess ascertained our requirements and she showed us various products explains the "science " of sleep along the way, so much so we decided to buy an ottoman bed also.Jess's friendly approach and her expert knowledge secured the sale and we were happy to part with our hard earned cash ,coming from Yorkshire this is a rarity !!

The member of staff provided a comprehensive insight in how to choose the correct bed.

The assistant was very helpful and polite, very very good

James took the time to listen to both our wishes provided advice and banter but allowed us time to make our decisions.

Sarah was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Spent quite a bit of time helping us find the right mattress. Our wee boy Harry was also delighted with his new mattress and slept on it all night! ;)

The ship worker was very nice and had good knowledge.

James looked after us very well. It's Bob filling this in though James, you couldn't have been more wrong about Cathy being the one to do the 'online' stuff!
