All staff very helpful & attentive to our needs in a polite & courteous manner

I was given every opportunity to test as many beds as I wanted with absolutely no pressure from the colleague James . The different types and composition of each mattress was fully explained in terms I could understand. I was even given a coffee whilst making up my mind.The range of headboards , storage,fabrics etc was extremely good. I left the store having spent more than I intended but felt as though I had got excellent value for money. First rate experience!

Sarah that helped us was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and really helpful. Unlike staff in some places that sell home furnishings etc. she was not at all pushy or pressing. We felt really well looked after and comfortable

Staff were welcoming, not in your face, friendly and knew their products. There was not pushy sales, we were given plenty of time to wander and try many many different beds and pillows. Lots of health benefits explained too. A nice cup of tea and lots of chat - very pleased with visit and would certainly go back to Dreams from now on for bed purchases. Thank you

The service we received was excellent very pleasant and very kind we were offered tea coffee and biscuits also all the staff were very pleasant and did their job really well would have no problem going back again

James went out of his way to make us all feel very welcome. James was highly knowledgeable in all the beds and mattresses. He also made our children aware of all their options in picking a new bed and mattress that was suitable to us all.

We were immediately greeted by a employee called Jess who made us feel very welcome. She was very knowledgeable of all the products we looked at in the store and made our overall dreams experience one to remember. My wife and I left the store very happy with our purchase and would definitely return in the future.

I was very happy with the service provided to me by Jess. She was very welcoming and nice in her manner, yet not pushy or trying to force me into a sale which would have had the opposite result. She was very professional and knowledgable about all the products in the showroom and was happy to answer all questions that I had. The Dreams products which I saw very all of a high quality and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Dreams to any friends or family who are currently looking for new bedroom furniture, and I would also highly recommend Jess as she is a great asset to your team.
