The salesgirl Sarah was absolutely excellent had very good product knowledge and took the time to help select a suitable mattress for my circumstances. ie I had a compound fracture of my spine and lying on my excellent firm mattress at home had become a crying nightmare, Sarah was really good getting me to try lots of beds which enabled me to pick the most comfortable for my back. Downside having to wait 7 days for delivery when My pain threshold is very high. Sarah's gentleman colleague was also extremely knowledgeable and helpfull. Your staff in Elgin were a credit to your company

Jess that served us was so helpful and knew exactly what she was speaking about. We had been to bensons for beds before going into the dreams store in Elgin and what a difference in service. Jess helped us straight up and explained so much to us and we chose a bed frame and a mattress so quick. The whole experience was great and we have already recommended this store

We originally popped in last Sunday and picked out the bed we wanted. Returning yesterday and seeing the same sales person (Sarah) made things far easier for us and she was extremely helpful on both days we visited. We are in the middle of relocating to the West coast of Scotland, so especially at the moment our time is quite precious. Sarah, was both professional and witty and a pleasure to deal with, a real ambassador for you're company.

The manager was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy and allowed us to make our own decisions.

James the sales man was very helpful and excellent knowledgeable of the products, he answered all our questions, and advised us on the best mattress for us , but left the decision up us on what we decade to purchase, but with out his advice and help we would not now where to start.

As I walked into the store I was made to feel welcome. The assistant was on hand to answer any questions that cropped up, she had a very good knowledge of all the mattress 's we looked at she was extremely helpful, also made a lovely cup of tea.
