Great service, friendly staff, very helpful to what we where looking for

Had good experience with the staff and got the 40 day matress trial which we are really happy with.

Excellent customer service

Sarah at the Elgin Store served us. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Whilst trying out a mattress my husband was given a cup of tea in bed by Sarah's colleague, John. That was him sorted! Got what we wanted and went home happy to await delivery. (We were buying new Tempur mattress to replace our old one which we had for many years). Delighted with the personal service.

The assistant (John) was extremely helpful - listening to what I wanted, asking questions for clarity and stepping back to let me browse. Not at all pushy or approaching me the minute I walked in to the store, otherwise I would have walked out. Discussion re delivery etc, once my mind was made up was unhurried and was geared to meeting my needs. All in all an enjoyable experience. I will be back.

Sarah was a great sales assistant. We originally went into store for a memory foam mattress topper but with Sarah's expertise and great knowledge, she advised this would not be the best option for us, and with her great help, we ended up buying a new mattress, a tv bed and 2 tempur pillows. Sarah made our shopping experience more relaxed and she was able to help us in every way possible and gave us the best advice.

I explained the kind of bed I wanted and within minutes the salesman had found one. I will go back there again.

Having visited the store on 3rd Jan and again yesterday (13th Jan) and again today (14th) we were more than satisfied with the service we were given. The knowledge of the products we were looking by all staff we dealt with could not be faulted. The level of interaction also could not be faulted. We had been to another well known bed company but refused to go back as we felt we were 'pounced on' and wasn't given time to look around the shop on our own. In Dreams we were approached by staff if we required help, stated we were having a look just now - they said if we needed any further help to seek them out and left us to look around which is exactly how we like it. As Dreams had products which we really liked we did go to staff for assistance (John who is the manager and Sarah) they were both absolutely brilliant. They suggested we take in iur measurements and they would help with what we could get in the space. (We were looking for wardrobes, drawers, bed etc) we took in our measurements today -John who had an incredibly great manner was so helpful - doubt if anyone could have been more helpful as was Sarah as she brilliant too with putting forward her ideas in such a lovely way.

Jess who was our customer advisor was extremely helpful and talked us through the whole process ensuring we were made aware of all options that were available with buying the product.

I was not put under any pressure to purchase. Everything was explained to me in great detail. Assistance was available when I needed and not forced upon.
