First time shopping at Dreams the shop nice and light and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly,looking forward to get my bed on Friday.

We visited the Dreams store in Elgin with the intention of pricing up some mattresses. We were met by Jess who understood our requirements and was shown and invited to test several of products. The protection plan and offers available in conjunction with the product we eventually purchased was clearly explained. During the purchase process my girlfriend and I were offered a cup of tea whilst the admin was carried out, I was quite impressed with the discounts and the manner in which we were dealt with.

Highly satisfied with our overall experience at The Elgin branch of Dreams today, especially with the helpfulness and knowledge of James (the salesman). We were welcomed straight away by James who asked us how he could help us and listened to our needs, after which James talked us through the easy to understand colour system making it easy to find the matteresses which suited us and that we liked. He wasn't pushy at all which was lovely and he gave us time to discuss our options alone and browse at our leisure with a lovely cuppa. We had our 18month old daughter with us during our visit and James went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease, even drawing a face on a balloon and spent time playing with her keeping her happy whilst we browsed the beds available to us. We are now excitedly awaiting our chosen bed which we were pleased to find will be delivered to us in just 2weeks!We will defiantly be recommending Dreams to friends and family. Great service!

The staff in the Elgin shop were informative and helpful, and very pleasant. The colour coding of the mattress types was explained to us, and time was given for my husband and I to look at everything that was available. We have no complaints about the service we were given. The salesman we chatted with was very informative and helpful. We would recommend this store to others looking to purchase a bed.

I found the member of staff extremely helpful and pleasant and not at all pushy. Obviously I don't yet have the bed but it seems good value for the price.

James was great, offered us a drink and a warm welcome when we came into the store. His knowledge was first rate and did not try to hard sell us any product.
