Very knowledgeable & friendly staff who is very helpful during the purchase of the bed.

We went in with intention of buying a new bed and mattress but didn't really no where to start. Jess was very helpful and assisted us in choosing a mattress and new bed frame.

Went in to shop, seen to straight away. Spoke to two members of staff both very friendly and approachable. Got exactly what we needed, straight away. Son loves his new mattress

Your staff of Sarah and James at the Elgin store were very helpful and assisted us more than'Their line of Duty' and would have no problem about recommending your shop in Elgin and your staff employed at that branch.

Jess had excellent product knowledge and showed me a variety of super king size mattresses available with different degrees of support and price. She understood my needs as a customer and was able to source the mattress that I wanted in the short time frame I needed it by. I was very grateful for the offer of refreshments whilst the order was being processed. Furthermore, I ordered the mattress protector, fitted sheet and half price pillows that all seemed to be good value. Excellent customer service highlighting the price promise, comfort exchange and delivery arrangements and with help carrying the items to the car. Thank you!

I was served by a gentleman called James and he was highly knowledgeable about all the products he was telling me about, he sat and explained about all the mattresses as I was testing them and once I had decided on the bed and mattress I wanted he made me a lively cup of tea. He went through the order with me and offered me the bed cover protection and explained all about it. He was a lovely friendly man and I was very happy to part with all my money, once everything was completed he carried the items I had purchased with my bed out to my car. I would have no hesitation to recommend James and Dreams to my friends.

We had recently moved the area and had visited your store a couple of months before along with some others in the area. We had decided a couple of months ago that when we required a bed we'd use Dreams not because of the shop but because of the assistant 'Jess' who was one of the most helpful sales people I've had the pleasure to deal with, as a UK Sales Manager I've been in sales for over 30 years and I would have no second thoughts about employing her, I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
