Dreams - Elgin

Information given by the member of staff- Jess - was very helpful she was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She guided us through each option making suggestions and providing advice. Very friendly but not pushy - bed buying made a pleasure thank you!

We were served by James. I knew what i was looking for as we had visited the store before. The item had been moved but as soon as I described it James knew exactly what I was looking for. He was very pleasant and helpful allowing us to make our selection without being pushy but by being very informative and helpful. Both he an his colleague, a lady whom I never caught her name, offered us refreshments and were very friendly and chatty throughout our visit.

Assistant wasn't pushy, waited until he could see we wanted help. Knew exactly the bed we were looking for and got a good deal. Very pleasant & helpful. Delighted with staff at Elgin store.

returned to this store after 2 years good service 1st time: brilliant service today' It was a real delight to meet James and we were made most welcome, extremely helpful, lovely to have a hot drink. Assistance to the car with pillows and sheets. Shook hands and he hugged my wife. We have definetly made a new friend and will certainly use this store again when the need arises which is why we went back again today. Look forward to meeting James again in the New Year and his kind help on selecting support pillows and duvet covers. He is added to our Xmas card list.

It's the first time we have shopped in dreams and we were delighted with our experience, all the staff were lovely and James that helped us with our order was great, he answered all of our questions confidently and honestly and we just felt at ease that we have bought the best bed and mattress for our needs.all the staff were great with our 3 kids too.

Very helpful staff member. Listened to what I needed and my budget and matched me to a bed for my needs. Told me about offers, price matching, delivery and extras I could purchase.

Jess was fantastic, showed every available options of mattress and bed type. The store was clean and every member was friendly and willing to strike up a conversation and give an input on their experiences. The Elgin dreams store was more vibrant than the dreams in Gillingham, a relaxed atmosphere all round.

Great service by the staff, all questions answered. Felt relaxed and under no pressure to buy. Staff we attentive, not intrusive which sometimes can be a fine line!

I was very welcomed to the store on arrival. I was offered tea or coffee and everything was explained to me in full detail. The store assistant was very keen to understand my needs to help me select the right mattress to buy. She was very polite, made conversation whilst processing the order which was satisfying and made a difference to my day by putting a smile on my face.

Jess was very friendly and helpful. She did not rush us and answered all our queries. She lead us through the whole purchase in a very pleasing manner.
