James, the sales rep that greeted us at the door, couldn't have been more helpful in guiding us through from start to finish. He understood our needs and situation clearly and explained the world of mattress technology in a simple and easy to follow manner, allowing us to feel confident that the one we chose will be a bed that we love. He really went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and relaxed, and provided the assurance that we really won't be getting a better deal elsewhere. We felt especially spoiled by the care we were given, tea's/coffee's and allowing us to bring in our dog, who thoroughly enjoyed meeting and getting all the attention from the friendly staff.

Delivery men , really respectfull and helpful

both jess and James were very helpful helping as select the right bed and mattress, also good with the kids letting them watch TV in bed while we browsed in store and were very friendly and easy to talk to, even had a giggle at few jokes

Jess the sales representative was able to direct me to the bed styles I asked for and gave me good product information to help me choose the best mattress for my requirements .

as soon as we required help the product we were looking at was showen to us in a very professional manner explained and domestrated to us and no pressure to buy

Well looked after by very knowledgeable staff, in particular our assistant Jess at the Elgin branch showed great attention to our requirements obviously knows her stuff and gave great advice.

James the sales assistant was very helpful and informative on all aspects of buying a bed

Jessica was highly knowledgable, there was no sales flannel, she listened to what I wanted and sold me exactly what I asked for

I was highly satisfied with the assistance of Sarah, Elgin retail park. She was a very outgoing, confident and approachable assistance. Sarah gave us all her time and understanding off the products we were purchasing in a very professional manner.

We were given full attention of staff while visiting store and did not feel in anyway pressured or pushed to buy a specific product. Further we were not rushed in anyway and given the opportunity to try and retry even down to pillow choices (and believe me as silly as it sounds my other half did retry these many times). Staff were friendly, chatty and nothing was too much hassle so overall a highly satisfactory experience and anyone who can get my tight farmer type man to part with his money so easily must be doing a good job.
