When we hosted the store Sarah took a great deal of time explaining all about the different types of mattresses and got us to try them she was very understanding when we said we needed time to think about it and when we aren't back her and James explained everything again over a cup of coffee I was that impressed I went back the next day with my daughter and son in law who got the same service and l bought them a mattress

The assistant Jess was well informed on product and very helpful ,pleasent in every way .

Initially our intension was to looking for a king-size bed, with the idea of returning at a later date to purchase. In store we were given time to look around before the assistant, Jess, came and asked us if we needed help. We explained and she listened to our varying needs before helping us to try the range of mattresses. She was extremely knowledgeable, explaining the differences between memory foam and sprung mattresses, divan and frame beds. She was friendly and chatty without being pushy and we were able to decide what was best for us, in fact the whole team were excellent, the gentleman even told us the correct position for the pillow. We did order a divan bed with under-bed storage (as this gives a good option for storing artwork, paper and/or extra bedding), a foam mattress as well as pillows and mattress cover! We are delighted, the whole experience was very positive and we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new bed. Also we will be back to purchase a single bed before Christmas. Thank you.

The store colleague was Sarah and she was very easy to talk too, knowledgeable on the bed I had selected and was generally very efficient and very pleasant to deal with.

The store manager, John couldn't have done more to help me.

James was very helpful. He talked us through all the options available and even entertained our 2 year old grandson. There was no hard sales pitch and he allowed us time to chose what we were looking for. We could not fault the customer service and look forward to the delivery of our new mattress.

The staff were as friendly as can be but also not overwhelming. They had the balance just right. The knowledge of the products was more then enough, they really are subject matter experts Very very happy with my visit

The assistant listened to my requirements and although he then explained different options, he did not try to persuade me to go for something I did not really want. He also took the time to provide me with some extra information and advice that I was unaware of
