Open and friendly staff. Sarah did everything she could to make our experience relaxed and enjoyable. She even entertained our 9 month old and toddler while we tried out the different mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and had the most lovely manner.

Jessica went so out of her way to help us. You should be very proud of her. She explained so much to us she was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Dreams for getting Jessica to work for you she is a treasure.

She assisted us on a previous purchase so it was especially good that she was still with the company, has to be a positive thing. Her enthusiasm for the products and almost instant knowledge of facts and product lines was brilliant. It helped us enormously with our decision.
