Good customer service and listened to our needs without being pushy

From the minute we arrived in the store (initially just for a look) my wife and I were made to feel welcome. Sarah the sales lady was very informative about both our need and the products on offer. Her manner in explaining how to try each bed and explaining what we would get from them was excellent and also the way she dealt with our then getting bored two year old. It was at this stage we decided to make a purchase. Sarah explained all our options (bed removal, insurance and top sheets). The whole purchasing experience was very pleasant and easy and enhanced by the helpful good humour of Sarah's two other colleagues. The offer of refreshments, the cleanliness of the store, the staff offering biscuits and sweets, the staff overall professionalism and friendliness all added up to a great experience.

The sales advisor James was very polite, courteous, approachable and very patient when my 16 month old daughter decided to throw her daily tantrum in the store, he provided her with a large ball to play with which did the trick. James had an excellent level of product knowledge and listened to what we wanted and advised us of a few different options then gave us time and space to make our decision.

The team were all really friendly and knew what they were talking about. We actually all laughed when a colleague was looking for a balloon for my child and accidently pulled the plug out the computer.what a lovely bunch of people, so friendly.will definitely be back to this store to purchase a mattress for my kids

I was given plenty of details and attention by Sarah, the member of staff who served me. She gave me plenty of options, different selections and ideas to choose from. Even after spending almost an hour trying to decide what I wanted she was still very helpful, attentive and willing to explain things. She was very through in explaining the insurance and saved me money when she explained the deal about the insurance and getting mattress covers and pillows in the deal.

Easy to access store ,staff were not pushy but helpful very knowledgable about products , and gave us time to consider options they had surgested to us , checking we were happy .smooth transaction of sale made the purchase painless .with more sales teams in other shops were of the same style and standard . Will recomend if get opertunity .

From the moment we walked into the store we could not have been better looked after. The assistant, Jess, was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She talked us through the whole process and the various finance options available and made sure that we received a deal that we were happy with. We will return from our forthcoming holiday to Majorca looking forward to sleeping in our new bed!
