We were served promptly and efficiently by Jess. She had a terrific amount of knowledge and was very helpful in aiding us to decide which of the amazing amount of products was suitable for us

The sales person James was very helpful and showed my husband and I all the options on beds available for our requirements and as it was a very hot James gave us a bottle of water each to help cool us down a great little touch a big thank you to him

We were highly satisfied as our assistant, Jess, took time to find out exactly what we were looking for and allowed us plenty of time to try different mattresses and make a decision on what type of divan storage and headboard to go for. We also had our 2 young children with us and she was very understanding when they started to get bored and a bit noisy. We never felt pressured into making a purchase despite all the time spent with us and are confident we have made the right decision.

The advisor Sarah in Elgin Dreams shop was very helpful and very polite and listened to what we were looking for.James (a little bit) also was very helpful and made us coffees and we had a good laugh as well. Would prefer some prosecco next time lol.☺

Friendliness of staff and care taken to nderstand our needs

The store was bright, clean and was easy to get around. The assistant was extremely friendly and very helpful and was able to answer any questions that we had. We felt valued as a customer and would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to any of our friends. We also enjoyed our coffee.
