We knew what we were going to buy because we had got the item for a different bed before, so we didn't need any 'assistance'. However, the gentlemen who greeted us was very welcoming, asked what we were looking for and took us to the mattresses. He also explained the difference in the available mattress protectors and why the recommended one (more expensive) was the best for the product we were buying. But he did not put 'pressure' on us and also praised the other available protectors. He explained the product so well, though, that we ended up buying the more expensive one, because he convinced us. I used to own an interior furnishing store when I lived in the USA and I can say the the gentleman who served us did an excellent job of 'upselling'. We were impressed and left happy with our products.

The assistant was very attentive without being "in our faces". We were shown a variety of mattresses according to our requirements, given tests on many of them with pillows and so on. The experience was good, and what would have been a hit or miss search instead went swimmingly, both persons on duty contributed through information but in a non pressure way.

We went into dreams to purchase a base and headboard, a gentleman called james served us, i explained what i wanted, he was very knowledgeable polite, he didnt rush us made us feel very welcome.also made us a hot beverage, i will be very happy to shop at dreams in the near furture, was a very happy experience
