Dreams - Elgin

The store (287) assistant (Jess) met me at the door, listened intently to my needs, and then proceeded to demonstrate, with knowledge, the products she thought would best suit my needs. after I had chosen,and a cuppa, she went through all my payment options, delivery, and after sales care. Once I made my purchase she accompanied me to my vehicle carrying some of my items. I think this type of service was outstanding, made me feel good, and I did not feel rushed or pressured.

Staff friendly and efficient with good product knowledge

Felt like everything was explained to us really well and the device we were given was top notch! So glad we went into the store rather than just on the Internet as felt we knew exactly what we were getting & were able to test the product out first.

the sales assistant , James, was highly knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. We would recommend that our friends would ask for him if they visit the store.

As soon as me and my wife walked into the store the assistant came up to us and introduced himself as James and asked what it was that we were looking for. He spent the whole time with us taking us through the different type of mattresses and pillows available and explained what sort would be more suitable for us. It was a pleasure to shop in the Elgin store and we will definitely be making future purchases at this store.

In the elgin store jamesy and sarah were models of profesionalism and are a credit to the comany .we were met by two extremely freindly people who certainly knew their stuff.they treated us like freinds not just customers .i cannot rate dreams and the staff highly enough and would not hesitate in shopping there again in the near future.thank u dreams for making our dreams come true

Shopping for a mattress, we were greeted courteously and cheerfully, and offered assistance. We discussed our needs and were advised on which mattresses would suit. We tried a few and settled on the one we bought, in the meantime having been offered refreshments (which we accepted). At no time did we feel pushed to buy, but advised to take our time and try various mattresses. We also purchased pillows, which were carried out to our car for us.

Visited the Elgin store with the intention of buying a mattress. We were immediately approached by Sarah who was not at all pushy but asked the right question and started us on our journey of new mattress trying. Sarah's knowledge of each mattress and differance from one mattress to another was excellent. Making the purchase with Sarah was fun with a cup of tea and biscuits. All optional extras were explained and purchased. Sarah asked if either of us was the military (which my husband is) and she pointed out the military discount, which was an added bonus. Delivery was only 9 days later and delivery within the time slot advised. Old mattress was collected and new one unpack. Service from start to finish exceeded our expectations and you delivered an exceptional service. Thanks Mum Shez

The sales assistant, Sarah, was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining the product to me, discussed alternatives and helping me make the right choice to suit my needs. Additionally, she was from a military background as am I which led to a very nice chat and also with her advising me about the military discount scheme which I wasn't aware of. I am very happy I chose Dreams for my purchase and, based on my in-store experience today, I would most certainly recommend Dreams to my friends and colleagues.
