The sales representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Very pleased with the fast delivery date we were given, ordered a mattress in store yesterday and told it would be delevered on Monday

The telephone number for delivery was one digit out. I only realised this on the day of delivery. I phoned the store and was told they would contact the delivery team and phone back. Had to phone the store after an hour of waiting and was told delivery slot was 10-12, which was great. Delivery arrived minutes later and the driver asked if I had received the message. On telling him what had happened he told me he hadn't received an message about the problem with the telephone number. Received delivery so no problem was created with what happened though.

We were served by Sarah. She was very friendly and helpful, had excellent product knowledge but wasn't at all pushy.

Products were well laid out in a logical order. the staff that we dealt with, James and Sarah, were extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the various options available. we tried out a multitude of beds and there was no pressure to hurry.

Sarah attended to our needs in a very friendly and attentive way. We had a kindred spirit, as I am ex-military and she is a serviceman's wife. Throughout the process she listened carefully to our requirements and showed us products that fitted that criteria, and did not force products that the store wanted to move on(had that experience at other locations). During the process it transpired she had provided goods to a neighbour who was also very happy with the service supplied by Sarah. One of our criteria was to have the product by a certain date, although our first choice couldn't meet that, Sarah quickly brought to our attention that our second choice could be delivered in time, and that it was very close in price. This made our decision so much easier and as our overall experience was so friendly we decided not to go next-door(Bensons) to do a comparison. Sarah's warm and welcoming personality was the clincher in this deal(albeit not a huge purchase), but we will definitely visit this store again in the future.

Having visited this store before I dreaded going back as usually you are pounced on by sales people immediately, and I knew my husband wouldn't tolerate this. We were greeted on arrival, given time to browse then spent time with James who was very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to shop at our own pace with assistance readily available. For this reason we completed a purchase and will strongly recommend James at the Elgin store.

Excellent straight forward customer service from James. We had been in the previous day and settled on a mattress, but couldn't decide on the bed. He showed us a model we hadn't even considered before and that's the one we ended up purchasing. This worked out cheaper than the other options we had previously considered, so we were definitely happy about that as we were trying to keep costs down.
