Dreams - Elgin

We went to Bensons first and although that store is a little more appealing to be in, nicer decor and lighting etc, the chap didn't make a high effort to have conversation with us until we said we would pop to Dreams to compare products. We were probably going to purchase from Bensons as we bought our bed there in 2009 but I wanted to compare shops anyway. We didn't really know where to start but Sarah was very helpful, knew her stuff when we gave her an idea of what we wanted but above all was very down to earth and able to have a chat with us, laugh at my inappropriate jokes and just be interested in us. That's probably the only reason we bought on the day, she won the business just by being herself.

Very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. Was not pushy at all, offered help initially then left us to browse at our leisure. Answered all questions, and made the purchase process very easy and straightforward.

Meet quickly in store in a friendly and polite manner, offered good information about different types of mattresses with all our needs meet. Offered a drink while we tried different mattresses and given time to think about our purchase. Great service.

We had an idea of what furniture we were looking for but I had specifics that I needed met. I was not willing to settle for second best purely to get something there and then. The store was nice and clean and we were offered water from the Dreams colleague James, he was very helpful and understanding, we were shown a few items and after explaining each one we were allowed time to ourselves to discuss them. After being able to test the beds to our desire and talk about the colours and requirements we agreed on a purchase.

Staff were very polite and helpful and made you feel your custom was valued.

We went to the Elgin branch of dreams to look at a bed for my dad, i'd been online and spotted the tv beds and was excited to have a look at them with myself and my husband in mind. We were immediately greeted by the very friendly and funny James, My dad got a bed and is delighted with it, James was great at helping him out with his mattress, new pillows and even the storage options for the bed. James was very helpful and has a fantastic personality which makes you feel comfortable. After my dad got his bed sorted out it was on to arranging ours, We even got a bottle of water after being offered tea/coffee while we decided whether or not to go for it. He showed us all sorts of things to do with the bed and that had us sold. We had great fun trying out the mattresses and are over the moon with the one we chose with his help. We were kitted out with new pillows which are amazing and i even managed to get a new duvet set to put on the bed when it arrives which im in love with. Cant wait for our bed to come now, thank you thank you thank you James, your a top bloke, thank you for helping my dad out with his new bed, you made his day

The sales assistant, Sarah, listened to our questions and gave knowledgable answers. She was very friendly and not pushy at all, she took a genuine interest in us and what we had to say. She took time to explain the various options and helped to choose the mattresses most suitable for our needs. She also offered us 10% Forces discount which gave us added value to the already competitively priced products.

The staff member was very good, and explained the various choices thoroughly. He was very knowledgeableabout the products on display.
