Dreams - Elgin

Me and my boyfriend just recently bought our first time, when looking for beds we searched online initially (ebay etc) then my mum suggested visiting our nearest dreams - she got her bed from here and she adores it. She also said how great the customer service is. We visited "dreams" tonight in Elgin and was assisted by the store manager "John". John asked if we needed help without being "in your face" he left us a good 5 minutes to explore the shop on our arrival. John then showed us different matrasses as we were unsure what matrass would be suitable for both. We found the perfect matrass and frame!!! We would not have been able to do this without john. John is an utter credit to the "dreams" work team and we left 100% satisfied. Me and my boyfriend will both be having "dreams" about our new dream bed arriving in august for our new home.

I received a lot of help from James at your Elgin store, he gave me detailed information regarding my requirements and left me to try your beds in my own time with no pressure or hard sell. He was friendly and informative and I was very impressed with his service, particularly as my previous experience with Dreams (High Wycombe) was not a positive one, albeit a few years ago and I did hesitate to visit Dreams again, but I had experienced one of your beds at a relative's house and found I could sleep pretty well, hence my visit. I had previously purchased a mattress (3 years ago) from a well-known department store and as it is too firm I needed to replace it. James was very reassuring regarding my particular decision. It was a very pleasant experience particularly as I was visiting the dentist directly after visiting Dreams!

An amazing experience, very informative.

Greeted with a friendly smile and happy service. listened to the things we were looking for. Did their utmost to match our budget with the best possible products, providing value for money. Found a delivery date for us with the least amount of hassle I have ever experienced in a large store. Nothing was too much trouble, even providing a bag to take the old mattress away.

Very friendly staff. I explained what I was looking for and the assistant immediately knew what to offer and explained everything in detail.

Jess was very welcoming and had a good product knowledge. She left us to give us time to decide which bed we would like after explaining all about the beds
