John in the Elgin store was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the whole process as straightforward as possible and gave me a good deal on the delivery.

I have just moved and am redecorating the whole house. I had researched the wallpaper and beds I liked so went in with a good idea of what I wanted. I was greeted when I walked in the store by Jessica. She was very friendly and very helpful. I was stuck between 2 beds, one that was on display in the store. To help me choose, Jessica found the second bed on the big screen so I could have a better look and gave me a better idea of the colour so I could make a better choice. She then set out to find me a mattress, me and my partner were given pillows and taken through the store to lay on different ones. She did not rush us, made us feel very comfortable (as it can be a bit embarrassing laying on beds in a store) and then took us to other mattresses based on our feedback till we found the right one. She took us to see duvets, covers, pillows, mattress protectors, and what sort of damage cover and our options to swap if we weren't happy. At the till we were offered a seat and drinks, when we were chatting even the Store Manager joined in. Great experience, very helpful people, very friendly, will definitely be back. They even carried items out to the car for us. Would 100% recommend.

I was attended to very quickly,and given a lovely coffee on entering the store. the manager attended to my needs,and explained in full the range of products available,he was so helpful with me being disabled,and I would recommend anyone contemplating a new bed etc,to anyone. the service and knowledge of the staff of the products on sale are excellent.

We were Highly satisfied with the product. Shop assistent was very Happy friendly showing us different options and had good knowledge of what she was selling.just awaiting del. nx.wk. looking forward to getting a good nights sleep.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable on the products she was friendly and respectful. Sh thought of everything pillows, bedding ,service cover etc. she did not hurry us she gave us a number to phone her with any questions once we got home to ease or choices once we had left with the brochure.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and made you feel at ease - no hard sell. A relaxing and pleasurable shopping experience with complimentary tea/coffee/water. Would definitely recommend and will return.
