Dreams - Elgin

James was knowledgable and helpful, as was Jess. We were treated very well, even being given a cup of tea and a biscuit. The delivery men were respectful of our home environment and quick to assemble the bed. All in all, a classy service.

I bought a expensive mattress (3k plus) last year. Iv been suffering with bad back pain and convinced it was the mattress. I returned to bensons who convinced me I needed a new mattress at £1500. Went next door to dreams the assistant was get knowledgeable and said everything I said was against what he had been trained. Persuaded me to buy a new sheet and pillow saving me over £1300. Iv slept better in the last 2 nights than I have in months. Nice to know that the assistant was interested in solving my problems and not his commission. Iv told everyone about you and two of my friends went in to buy pillows yesterday.

Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant,could not do enough to ensure we were happy with our purchase.

The assistant was very knowledgeable,extremely friendly and personable. She made a great cup of tea as well. She took the time to explain the different products and process our order quickly.

Great with my kids that were causing havoc and took time with us which helped our decision on buying a bed and mattress

The assistant Sarah was very knowledgable about the products and hadca very friendly and lijable attitude. Did not feel under pressure to buy at any time and felt completely at ease with the experience.

We are welcomed straight away in the Elgin store by Jess who was very friendly and professional. She advised us on everything we needed to know about our purchase. Whilst processing our order we were offered tea and biscuits which was really nice. On complete up of or order Jess helped us back to our car with our purchases. Will definitely be back.

Jessica Davis, the assistant who attended to us, was unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable about the 'Dreams' products and saw to it that we had all the information necessary for us to choose the bed best suited to our needs.
