Staff were polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. All questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The process was not rushed and seemed to be very professional with great care taken over getting suitable products. Overall it was a very good experience.

This is the second time i have purchased a bed from dreams as I was extremely satisfied with my first one. I originally had seen a bed that I had liked in another competitors store but after speaking with James in the Elgin store he found exactly what I was looking for and not only was he very kind and professional but very patient with my rather excited 3 year old daughter and nothing was a bother for him. I am very of the opinion that you buy not only the product that you like but you also by from the person and James couldn't have been nicer

James was the colleague who dealt with me. He was friendly and showed a genuine interest in ensuring that my needs were understood and worked hard to meet my requirements. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and dedication. This would encourage me to shop in this particular branch again.

James, the Dreams colleague was friendly and chatty without being overbearing. He was knowledgeable about the products and encouraged us to take our time and try out the different mattresses, explaining the difference with each type. He also showed us a wee area where our daughter could sit and draw, and he didn't make us feel like she was an inconvenience. We never felt any pressure to complete the sales, and he although he advised us of other offers we didn't feel pressurised into buying additional products (although we did buy!. If I had felt he was being forceful I wouldn't have though, so he struck the right balance). He also offered us a cuppa, which although we didn't take, was a lovely gesture.

I have been to a few furniture stores today looking for a new bed for my wife and I. We are an older couple and I am due to be medically retired from the British Army after 27 years because I suffer from PTSD. The three staff members were nice to talk with, all of whom were open to making jokes and were a good laugh. I have never ever been offered coffee in a furniture store before and the staff member called Sarah at the Elgin store was very committed to helping me. First of all I didn't know what I wanted and I left most of the decisions to my wife. My wife had been in the store once already to check and see if the environment was going to be okay for me because of my medical condition. We seen four different beds and styles that we liked and looking at the price ranges we did not feel forced into making an unwanted decision. We spent time on the detail of the Evolution D Ottoman and we got comprehensive answers to our questions about bed, construction, setting, connection to the TV, remote controls, cables and storage. We even asked if the bed could open from the opposite side! Sarah went about her investigation and we were exceptionally happy with our experience with Dreams.
