James was happy, willing and very able to answer any questions we had, and took the time to ensure that what we were purchasing met our needs. He also made sure that my husband, who has a chronic illness, was comfortable at all times and also took the time to ensure that our little boy who is autistic was happy in the store.

From the time we entered the store the whole staff were friendly and welcomed us to the store, we were looking for a mattress for our static caravan I didn't want to pay too much as it would not be used too often within minutes our assistant offered us one that suited us perfectly, he held conversation with us and we joked, he made us feel so relaxed in the store that we purchased a bed and 2 pillows which we had no intention of buying. We would not have received the friendliness from any of your competitors, it was a pleasure to be in a store where all the staff were pleasant and made us feel important as a customer should feel.

The staff were informative and friendly. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me their full attention . Jess especially. Also a good wide choice to choose from.

This was our first bed purchase and we really didn't know what we wanted or what our options were. We were given the perfect amount of information and didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. We were advised to use the colour-coded system to identify matresses we liked and discussed concerns we had about different bed frames. The staff were all incredibly friendly, even allowing our small dog in the store and getting her a bowl of water! We couldn't fault the customer service and the knowledge of the staff was greatly appreciated when helping us make our decision. I think what tipped us into purchasing here over competitors was being able to try all the ranges and find the right one ourselves - and the fact the staff were so friendly, funny and knew their stuff!
