We were shown a few items to choose from and a very clear explanation on them all was given. There was no rush to choose and we were also offered a tea or coffee.

My partner and I found the staff (Jess and James) very polite and helpful. Their knowledge of the products we were looking for was very good and they spent a great deal of time and attention to our needs. It was nice not to feel pressured into something we did not want or need at any time. Overall we both agreed that the service was excellent and have recommended dreams to family members who have expressed interest in a new bed.

James is a top class sales person who could sell sand in the desert

As soon as we walked into the store we were made to feel at home. We must have came back about six times and at no time did we feel pressured into buying any of the products. On the contrary, we were re-assured to take our time and make the correct selection. When it came to delivery we had held off but due to the bedroom getting completed ahead of schedule, we brought the delivery forward. Unfortunately the mattress we chose was not ready but customer services arranged another mattress for us for a few weeks till our one is available. The loan one is that good we are thinking about keeping it! Big thanks to Jim, James and the girls at the Elgin store and customer services and the delivery men/ fitters in Cumbernauld. The bed we were after was not in store however James at the Elgin store located a similar one and also the furniture that goes with the bed so we can gain the best idea of the bed possible. He was really helpful.
