JAMES (SALESMAN) WAS VERY WELCOMING AND ASSISTED US VERY WELL WHILE WE WERE CHOOSING OUR NEW BED, EVEN THOUGH I HAD TOLD HIM I HATED A MEMORY FOAM BED HE INSISTED I TRYED THE MATTRESS TO SEE IF IT WAS AS BAD AS I THOUGHT! ID NEVER BEEN ASKED TO TRY ONE BEFORE AND IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO SEE IF I ACTUALLY HATED IT AS MUCH AS ID THOUGHT! AT THE END I WENT FOR A GEL MATTRESS, BUT OVER ALL HE WAS A BRILLIANT SALESMAN AND I WAS VERY PLEASED AT THE END OF MY SALES!

We were greeted and asked did we require assistance when we came through the door, which was nice as so manny of some assistance just stand and talk to each other, and we have to go over and ask them for help. As I have fibromyalga I was very glad of the assistance help, l was looking for an adjustable bed and l needed a lot of explaining as l needed help with it. He kindly gave us a cup of tea, and pointed out the toilet to me. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to shop in the store. Wendy.

Good choice of beds. staff seemed to get the right approach between being helpful and friendly without being pushy and overbearing. happy with overall experience today.

The assistant was John, very friendly and helpfull, gave me a cup of coffee and had all the time for me,this was really appreciated. All in all a pleasurable experience . Thank you.

We were approached by a member of staff within minutes of entering the store and they were able to quickly find me what I was looking for at the budget I had. I was able to try out the products as many times as I wished before purchase and the decision was completely mine. The staff in store were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

James was extremely helpful and did not try to pressure a sale, He listened to what my partner and i were saying and found us the right mattress for both our needs. I feel that James is a credit to Dreams and if all staff were as pleasant and helpful as him i think there would be a lot more sales. P.s He is great with Babies as he helped us with our son so that we could try the mattress.
