Very friendly and efficient service. Ended up buying pillows in addition to mattress and I had no intention of doing so when I went shopping!!

Staff were very friendly and informative. They were in no way pushy and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

We were looking to purchase a new mattress of a slightly better quality from the one we had already. From entering the store we soon realised we had a lot to choose from. James approached us quickly and in friendly manner by telling us we were better to lie down than sitting on the mattresses. James explained to us of the different products available and let us try these out for our self while he popped off to make us a cup of tea. At no point did i feel pressured with the purchase as James provided us with all the facts. I must admit I have never had customer service like this before and James was a pleasure to deal with. James is very enthusiastic about the brand and cares about customer satisfaction. I felt this was genuine and he really has pride in his work.

I told James what I needed he went through all my Options he let me try all the beds I liked I choose what I wanted brilliant

Customer service was excellent. The assistant was very friendly. Explained each type of bed and mattress and gave us time to try each without any pressure. We were given time to think about the finance aspect over a cup of coffee and biscuit. Options regarding payment were discussed and help with finalising decision .

Sarah the lady who delt with us whilst in the store was extremely friendly and professional. She did not push us at any time she left us to browse in peace and was available when we needed her. Once we had found a bed we liked it was a hard decision to make as it was a very expensive bed. We were offered a cup of tea and given time to chat between ourselves before making a decision we were not pressured at any point. There was also a new girl working only on her second day also very polite and helpful.

Told them what I was looking for, unfortunately they didn't have it in store but they were quick to look out the brochure and show us all that was available and different options we could choose from.

James, our assistant understood the needs of my chronic illness, fybro myalgia and how this would impact upon our selection of mattress / bed. He was very knowledgeable in respect to this and explained each mattress and bed arrangement. We were left alone for a discrete discussion and made comfortable at all times during the experience. Coffee and biscuit were offered. The final part of the visit, i.e. payment and taking details were again very well handled. We would say that James was highly qualified and experienced and could see what type of mattress and bed suited and didnt, which made our decision making process easy.

Excellent service, sales representative was friendly and very helpful.
