Dreams - Elgin

Sarah was very helpful and had a very good knowledge about the beds and mattresses,the order was quick and delivery time good as well. Overall Sarah and James were both very nice to deal with.

As soon as we walked in we were asked if we were going to be in the shop for a while, as we said yes, James set up a film for our son to watch on one of the to beds, which meant that we could concentrate totally on the task of trying mattresses in total peace.

MADE WELCOME AS ENTERED PREMISES, BY NAME JAMES B287. ONLY AFTER A MATRESS FOR KING SIZE BED. BOUGHT COMPLETE BED FOR WIFE, ALSO WAS MADE CUPS OF COFFEE. JAMES EXPLAINS A SURVEY OF BEDS WHICH ONE FOR OUR NEEDS,AS HAVE MEDICAL NEEDS BOTH OF US. WILL DEAL WITH DREAMS IN FUTURE AS EXPLAIN PERFECT USE OF THE BED.

From the time I entered the Shop Sarah was friendly and very helpful. She was polite and she acknowledged our children. She explained the shop layout extremely well, we distracted the children with a dvd and began to shop us around. Unfortunately one of my children fell and put his teeth through his lip. Sarah was quick to help by taking us through the back and getting out the first aid box. Once we got back through James took time to come over and make sure we were ok too. Once the drama was finished we got back to business. We got offered our drinks while we were processing our order and were highly delighted with the store and staff. I sincerely hope these members of staff are recognised for there work, great attitude and amazing manners. Sarah even took the time to chase us down in another store when my oldest son had left his watch lying. A big thumbs up and 10 out of 10 from us. THNAK YOU

When we went into the shop we were offered a coffee, then asked if we required assistance which we did,the assistant then took the time to explain all the different types of beds, we were told about the expensive and inexpensive mattress. From start to finish it was a dream to shop at dreams.

We were extremely satisfied with the friendly service. The salesman was efficient but gave us time to have a good look round and wasn't pushy.

We were both really happy with our purchases at your store in elgin, especially the time that was taken by James to help us choose the right mattress and all his knowledge. Customer service at it's best!

Sarah, elgin store was lovely. She knew her stuff and was very patient with us aa we were undecided through out to what bed to buy. We were offered tea and my granddaughter was also tended to. She had choc bidcuits n sat volouring on before sitting on bed watching sponge bob. She was in her elemant.

Mainly the friendly staff and their attitude which was attentive but not pushy.
