The store assistants were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. We had a very good experience shopping at the Elgin store and would recommend the company for pricing our products and helping us choose our beds.

we had a great experencie at dreams, the representative was very nice, she explained about all the different pillows, and we didn't realise how much different mattresses there was, she left us to browse for 10 mins, then come back and helped us with our choice, and explained further about the mattresses, then went through all the different pillows, which we also purchased, sarah then gave us a hot drink, and explained about your excellent payment plan system, and 0% finance, we were there for almost 2 hours, but certainly didn't seem that long, we have recommended dreams to our friends, who intend going up this week, and to look for sarah, she was so helpful and full of knoledge, she's a credit to your store, thank you. can't wait for our mattress to arrive.

The rep emily went out of her way to entertain our little girl by putting on a dvd so we were able to try and buy. Emily also was able to help us pick a good mattress for my husband and a base and headboard that I wanted. There was a male rep that offered us coffee and chatted with the mother in law who had come with us.

Went in, looked at two beds. A member of staff spoke to us straight away and explained each product. Highly satisfied. No hanging around. Placed order very easily and quickly.

experience was exactly how it should be for potential customers. every detail was well explained and we got what we came for and wasn't pushed into buying something we didn't require.

Very good salesman. wasn't a hard sell, just gave me the information I needed for each item, and let me make my own decision. Took me through the store's colour coded system, and pricing system so I knew how it all worked. He was helpful and knowledgeable, without being in your face and pushing for a sale.
