Emily was hugely patient with us as our teenage daughter was not the most easiest of clients

I was in buying a bed and mattress last week, went back to get measurements of the bed I bought, I ended up buying a bedside cabinet to match the bed that I bought.

Our salesman 'James' was extremely helpful and understanding. Above all he was patient and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel very welcome and at ease. If it had been a different salesperson we would of done our usual and gone home and bought the product online, possibly from another store (especially as 'Tempur' have a sale on at the moment).

The lady who served us was particularly helpful - very friendly and knowledgable 10/10 for top quality customer service

Advice sought re memory foam mattress for single bed and like the option of being able to return it if not satisfied. Also information on pillows was excellent.

Though a little confused on our arrival, James quickly put us on the right track. Not steering us to the product he wanted to sell us, he showed the varieties available offering details on each product to help achieve our needs. Having made our decision, he readily offered discount to the goods and even carried the stock goods to our car.

When I entered the store, I was left to browse before being asked if if I need help. The sales person then explained all my options and the different types and price ranges of the products. The staff were very pleasant and not pushy to make a sale in any way.
