We were highly satisfied with our experience as we felt we were give time to decide which was the best products for us and did not feel pressurised in to a purchase. We had a very knowageble sales assistant to guide us along . It was a pleasure shopping.

i went in with an idea of what I wanted.Sarah helped me understand the importance of getting the right matress for me and spent a lot of time showing and explaining different types. I got a lot of attention and patience while trying to decide. I walked out with a lot of accessories too to go with my new bed!

James at dreams Elgin made us very welcome and his knowledge of products was excellent and his coffee was good as well he talked us through the best way to select the right bed and mattress and his knowledge was excellent

My sales assistant, Sarah, was very friendly and very helpful. She pitched her assistance perfectly - knowing when to let me wander around and try out mattresses myself and when to step in to offer advice and assistance. She was able to answer all my questions and had solutions to my problems. I particularly like that she took the opposite stance to many sales assistance in other shops - when I was undecided, unable to choose between two mattresses, Sarah advised I go for the cheaper one in case I then needed to opt for the 40 day satisfaction guarantee. That made me smile!

I was very impressed at the info given by the assistant.

On first entering the store we was welcomed. had staff members offer a hot beverage, provided colouring books for my 2 yr old. Also got us to try different beds. Really felt valued as a customer, from all of the team there. everything was explained, overall very very happy.

The salesman James was excellent. Didnt pressure us and offered impartial advice. Very friendly.
